Gonzo and Mr. Roper are getting lots or training time due to our current social distancing situation. Being home all day has its advantages. Gonzo is a very fast learner is doing great with step up, flying to my hand and returning to the cage on demand, and this new trick:
Mr. Roper is a slower learner but is doing well with target training. He is not nearly as confident as Gonzo and still a bit skittish.
Overall I am trilled with these guys and think are are going to make great companion parrots to a lucky person. They don't bite, have tons of character, learn tricks, and best of all they are not super loud. They mostly make noise when they want out of the cage or want attention and even then it isn't super loud.
