So we had a very exciting week last week and all 3 of my fosters, Henley, Leo and Reggie were all adopted. They are going to wonderful people who I know will give them wonderful homes. Seeing a foster get adopted is one of the most rewarding parts of the job, but is sad at the same time. We will miss these guys!
But that now leaves me with space to foster a new set of birds that need homes and just in time. PEARL is anticipating taking in 11 new fosters this weekend all from the same home and they all need a place somewhere. I am sure a couple will end up with me and I am looking forward to it!
